[00:00:00] It's mind boggling. With the amount of information available on the Internet, an extremely common question from women is why can't she orgasm during sex?
[00:00:14] For 25 years I've explained that only about 18% of women can have an orgasm from penetration alone.
[00:00:24] That means the majority of women, 82% cannot have an orgasm simply from something being thrust in and out of her vagina.
[00:00:36] So if a woman isn't able to get the she comes first orgasm in and the majority of women in long term relationships experience what is called a delayed sexual response. So chances are she will not be able to orgasm on on command. During the she comes first time frame, the intercourse portion of sex becomes the waiting it out for her partner to orgasm.

[00:01:06] You and I are going to go through five sex positions that can help a woman to orgasm during intercourse and you are going to learn two ideas where she can consistently have an orgasm during during intercourse.

[00:01:49] When you're watching a rom com or porn that shows a woman's face contort in orgasmic pleasure the moment he enters her, well understand that she's probably faking.
[00:02:04] A 2024 study published in Sexual Medicine by Oxford University Press found women's rate of orgasm during sex ranged from 46 to 58%.
[00:02:18] Men's rate of orgasm was up to 30% higher ranging from 70 to 85%. Now there are many reasons for this orgasm gap. One of the reasons is not using the right sex positions. So for the majority of women to orgasm during intercourse, she is going to need her clitoris stimulated. And in many sex positions this simply isn't going to happen. [00:03:40] It's about stimulating the first third of her vaginal canal. So her vaginal canal is analogous to the penis. So the head of the penis has the majority of nerve endings. The first third of her vaginal canal has the majority of nerve endings. So a woman is going to get far more pleasure from rolling the hips or toy in the first third of her vaginal canal while also stimulating her clitoris.
[00:04:09] That's why it's called screwing. So for women to get the maximum amount of pleasure, she needs either a side to side or a figure 8 formation motion. And here's my best sexologist tip. Sex positions where the woman is in control usually work the best for her to reach an orgasm. So without further ado, here are the five sex positions that will give her the most clitoral stimulation.
[00:04:39] Number one, let's start off with the classic missionary position with a twist.
[00:04:45] So here you place a wedge or cushion under her bottom, which is going to elevate her pelvis. And by doing that, she'll be better able to feel sensations on her clitoris.
[00:04:59] So while you're here, make sure every once in a while to get them to slide out and also over your clit and give you a nice little rub and then move back in. That's going to feel very good for you and for him. Another way to adjust missionary is to close your legs so that it's a tight squeeze. You could even cross your legs for more tightness. As you can appreciate, the thrusting will be more likely to stimulate her clitoris. And ladies, you have to move your pelvis around here to find out what feels good to you. The second position is the cowgirl position, which is perfect for allowing the woman on top to be in command of the moment and in full control of the action. So a woman takes charge of the rhythm and the speed of sex, as well as the depth and angle of penetration to ensure her comfort and pleasure.
[00:05:57] And here's a little trick that might just push you over the orgasmic edge. Have your partner place his fingers around the base. With two fingers on either side.
[00:06:08] The knuckles will provide your clit something to rub against as you're riding him. You're welcome.
[00:06:15] The third sex position that's going to give her clitoris the best sensation is the cat position, which stands for coital alignment technique.
[00:06:26] Basically, it's the missionary position. However, the man rides much higher, so his shoulders and head are about 6 inches higher up in bed than normal. It's important to note that his penis is not going to go all the way into the vagina. Instead, the shaft is going to pull hard against the clitoris, which is going to produce great sensations.
[00:06:51] So the cat position is not straightforward. And you will probably need to experiment with this position to get it right for the both of you. One, he needs to scoot up closer to her than he typically would in missionary.
[00:07:05] Next, she needs to lift her hips so her clitoris is closer to his pelvis. And you can put a pillow under your butt to help with that.
[00:07:14] And three, he needs to focus on a rock motion rather than a thrusting.
[00:07:20] And this rocking motion is going to give her clit a lot of wonderful sensations.
[00:07:26] The fourth sexual position is the lotus. So to get into the lotus sex position, the man sits down and crosses his legs like a pretzel. Then the woman sits in his lap with her legs wrapped around his back.
[00:07:42] Now, this position is incredibly intimate because of the face to face contact and ability to kiss.
[00:07:50] And you're going to find that rocking works better than thrusting, which we already discussed allows her clit to grind on his pelvic bone, giving a lot of really great sensations.
[00:08:03] Now, the lotus position might not work for every body shape and size, however, it's certainly worth a try. And the fifth and final sex position to help give her clitoral stimulation is the pinnar position.
[00:08:20] This is where she lays face down on her stomach and he lies face down on top of of her and he penetrates her from behind.
[00:08:32] And because you are flat on the bed, you're going to get a very different sensation from any rear entry position where your butt is in the air. And you might not think that this would be one of the best positions for her to reach orgasm. Yet many women claim this gives her a ton of pleasure. And you know what? He can always slip his hand in between the bed and her body and start rubbing her clit.
